  • 1: Pay the Base Price at Delivery:

    When you place an order, you only pay the base price upon delivery.

    • Example: If a product costs Rs. 1000, you’ll pay Rs. 700 (the base price) when it’s delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • 2: Share Your Feedback:

    After receiving your product, we’ll reach out for your honest feedback about your experience.

  • 3: Pay the Profit Money After Satisfaction:

    If you’re satisfied with your purchase, we’ll kindly request you to pay the remaining amount (our profit money).

    • Example: For the Rs. 1000 product, you’d pay the remaining Rs. 300 through an online payment option like a bank transfer or JazzCash.

  • 4: For Customers Without Online Payment Options:

    If you don’t have access to online payments, you can pay the full
    amount at delivery.

  • 5: Not Happy with Your Product?

    At Bazm-e-Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the product, simply let us know during the feedback process. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or assist with a return as per our policy.
